Instructions


  • 1. Cut every chook breast into three massive chunks.
  • 2. In a small meals processor grind up the ritz crackers.
  • Three. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the 1/four t salt and 1/8 t pepper into the cracker crumbs and stir the combination round to combine.
  • Four. Dip every piece of hen into the milk then the cheese. Press the cheese into the hen along with your hands. Some of it's going to fall off whilst you upload it to the cracker crumbs, don't worry about it. Press the tacky chicken into the cracker crumbs and press it in. By the time you're coating the closing piece of hen, the dish you're the usage of for the crumbs can be full of cheese. Don't allow it get you down. Once the cheese melts in the oven it will adhere properly to the crumbs and the crackers.
  • 5. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and lay the chook inside the pan.
  • 6. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the fowl.
  • 7. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for a further 10 mins, or till the edges of the chook are golden brown and crispy.
  • Eight. Into a medium sized sauce pan integrate the cream of hen soup, bitter cream and butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium excessive warmth until the sauce is great and warm. Serve over the chicken.
